Die-cutting machines are mainly divided into three types: round pressing, round pressing and flat pressing according to the different imprinting forms. According to the form of template placement, it can be divided into vertical and horizontal. There are two kinds of manual and automatic according to the degree of automation.

At present, most of the advanced die-cutting equipment is developing towards the fully automatic combination of printing and die-cutting. The circular-pressing-circle automatic die-cutting machine and the printing machinery are connected into an automatic production line. This production line consists of four main parts, namely the material part, printing part, die-cutting part, sending part, etc.

420mm Rotary die-cutting machine is a new type of slitting machine with die-cutting function, it has a high-precision circular die-cutting system. This machine is suitable for blank self-adhesive labels. Die cutting and slitting can be done at one time. It has functions such as automatic meter counting, automatic shutdown, and photoelectric eye correction. This machine is characterized by compact structure, high speed, high efficiency, simple operation and stable operation.

Product Application
This machine is used for self-adhesive, label, paper, film (PET, PC, PE), non-woven fabric, foam, double-sided tape, copper foil/aluminum foil and various roll materials of die cutting and slitting and it is most widely uesd in printing, packaging, 3C electronics, leather, clothing, plastic and other industries.

The normal package is wooden box. The wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request
